Common lubrication pain points during the use of spray robots are as follows:
Paint contamination: Coating particles generated during the spraying process easily invade lubrication points, leading to a decline in the performance of lubricating grease. If not cleaned and replenished in time, equipment wear will intensify, and maintenance costs will rise sharply.
High-temperature oxidation: The temperature in the drying process is high, and long-term operation will accelerate the oxidation and coking of lubricating grease, resulting in lubrication failure. Usually, it needs to be replaced every 500 hours.
Poor dynamic adaptability: The rotating cup rotates at high speed with frequent changes in speed. If the lubricating grease has insufficient shear stability, it will be thrown off by centrifugal force, and the risk of oil film rupture is high.

✅ Resistance to chemical corrosion: It can resist the erosion of paints and solvents, extending the lubrication life.
✅ High shear stability: Maintain the integrity of the oil film when the rotating cup is running at high speed to avoid lubrication failure.
