Laser engraving machines are devices that use high-energy laser beams to perform precision processing on materials. They are widely used in advertising signage, electronic components, hardware molds, packaging, handicrafts, as well as in the rapidly growing fields of new energy and precision manufacturing.


Compared with traditional machining, laser engraving has advantages such as non-contact operation, high precision, high efficiency, and high degree of automation, and therefore its adoption rate in small and medium-sized processing enterprises continues to increase.


With the increasing demand for personalized customization and precision machining, the laser engraving machine market remains in a stable growth phase. However, prolonged high-load operation places higher demands on the stability of the internal mechanical structure, and lubrication has gradually become a crucial factor affecting equipment lifespan and processing accuracy. Proper lubrication is essential for many critical components within a laser engraving machine.

Linear guides and sliders are core components that determine motion accuracy and repeatability. Insufficient lubrication can easily lead to crawling and shaking, directly affecting the engraving effect.


The lead screw and bearing section operating at high speeds for extended periods—will experience accelerated wear and gradually develop noise and clearance issues if the oil film is unstable.

Synchronous pulleys, gears, or reduction gears these locations also require lubrication to reduce friction and vibration.


For different application points, laser engraving machines typically require low-viscosity, highly stable lubricating greases. Guide rails and lead screws are better suited to greases with good adhesion, minimal oil spillage, and excellent anti-wear properties to ensure a stable oil film formation over a long period; ( Recommended: Baoxing BX-303 series ).

High-speed bearings require specialized greases with low noise and low friction to prevent overheating or decreased precision due to improper lubrication. In some applications with high environmental requirements, the cleanliness and volatility of the lubricant must also be considered to prevent oil mist from contaminating optical components ( Baoxing BX-300 series is recommended ).
