In slaughterhouses, overhead conveyors operate at high speeds almost around the clock, undertaking the core tasks of transportation, sorting, and transfer. The track rollers, chains, and high-altitude motor bearings, though seemingly insignificant, are crucial to the stable operation of this system. However, a common and unavoidable problem in actual production sites is that these parts are generally located at height or within enclosed structures, making regular lubrication difficult.

When lubrication cycles are forced to lengthen, the oil film gradually thins, exposing the equipment to a higher frictional environment. The most typical result is "dry friction" between the rollers and the chain: increased operating noise, noticeable roller overheating, accelerated wear of chain pins, and even jamming. Over time, this not only shortens the lifespan of components but can also lead to the shutdown of the entire conveyor line, disrupting production rhythm.

The environment in slaughterhouses is even more complex. Moisture, rinsing water, steam, blood, and low temperatures all continuously affect the lubrication of the chains. Ordinary grease is easily washed away by moisture, resulting in emulsification and loss. Newly applied grease is washed away again soon after, significantly reducing its protective ability and accelerating chain corrosion.

To address these practical operating conditions, Baoxing developed the BX-308 series of food-grade low-temperature moisture-resistant chain oils. These oils possess strong moisture and emulsification resistance, maintaining a stable oil film even in frequent rinsing and steam environments, and are not easily diluted by water. They also exhibit excellent low-temperature performance, flowing smoothly even in cold storage or low-temperature workshops, providing continuous lubrication for chains, rollers, and chain pins. By reducing rust and wear, the service life of the chains is significantly extended, effectively minimizing losses to the production line caused by unexpected downtime.
